EU Orders

As a result of the United Kingdom leaving the European Union (EU), customers who reside in the EU may now have to pay customers and/or VAT charges in order to claim their Bair gift parcel from their local delivery office.

Shipping Policy

Bair Gifts.com is committed to providing our customers with the very best customer service. Bair Gifts complies fully with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 legislation.

Handling Times

We usually require 2-4working days to process your order and get it ready to be sent out but it can take us between 2-5 working days during the busiest times of the year (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas). Once your order has been sent out, you'll receive a notification of dispatch email from us which will include a tracking link for your parcel.

Delivery Options

Bair Gifts offers standard delivery through Many platforms such as Yodel, DHL etc (a 48 Working Hours Delivery Service) and an extended express delivery via UPS/DHL/FEDEX/YODEL (a next working day delivery service). International orders will be sent via Best Option.

Our free delivery over £50.00 offer is only available to mainland UK delivery addresses. We do not offer free shipping outside of the United Kingdom. Our free shipping offer only covers the cost of 1 parcel, up to 20kg in weight. If your order is large enough that it needs to be sent in multiple parcels, you may be asked to pay additional postage cost for each additional parcel.
